How does the money back guarantee work?

How long do I have to claim my money back?

Six months from the date of purchase. Start the course whenever you’re ready but if you do want to request a refund, it needs to be within that window.

What do I have to do to be eligible?

Complete the course in full. That means all the lessons, exercises, conversations and practices — not just the videos. We ask this because the results come from the whole interactive experience, not just the watching.

What counts as a valid reason to claim?

Simply feeling like the course wasn’t worth it, and that you didn’t get the results you were looking for. That’s it. You don’t need to justify yourself or explain in detail: if you did the work and it didn’t deliver for you, we want to make it right.

How does the refund actually work?

The full amount goes back to the card you paid with. There’s no phone call, no hoops to jump through, no back-and-forth. Just a straightforward email request and your money back.

Is there anything else I should know?

Mojo purchases appear discreetly on your bank statement, and that applies to any refund too. Your privacy is protected throughout.

I can't remember what email I signed up with.

For help locating your account, please Contact us and provide as many of the following payment details as you can:

  • Last 4 digits of your card.
  • Expiry date.
  • The bank your card is registered with.
  • The currency you are paying in and amount you were charged.
  • The date of your most recent charge from us.
  • If you used Paypal, the transaction ID of your charge.
  • If you signed up via the Apple App store, please head to your Apple ID settings > media and purchases > purchase history and send us the Order ID for your payment.

Our support team can use these details to locate your payment and the account linked to it.

I’m not receiving my Magic Link

If you haven’t received your magic link email, please check your junk folder as it may be hiding there. You can also search for the subject line magic link for Mojo.

If you still can’t find your magic link email, then it may be that your email is blocking them. If that is the case please email our support team at support@mymojo.com via the address you’ve signed up with and we can look into this further for you.

How long does it take for Mojo to work?

It depends on how long you've been experiencing difficulties, and whether the cause is psychological, physical, or a mix of both.

It might not be a quick fix. But many of our members tell us they feel more confident in just a few days. If you consistently work through your course, you can expect to start seeing results with a partner within a few weeks.

I requested a magic link, but Mojo sent me a QR code

This happens when you request a magic link using the mobile app but open the link with a different device, like your laptop. For security and privacy reasons, you need to scan the QR code with the device you used to request the magic link.

To do this:

  1. Open the device's camera.
  2. Point it at the QR code until a link pops up.
  3. Click on the link to log in.
